Michael Schneider — Captain

Adventurous by nature and passionate about life at sea, Michael brings a relaxed, hands-on approach to every journey aboard Dama de Noche. As an RYA Yachtmaster Ocean and Instructor, he loves getting guests involved—whether taking the helm, learning the ropes or simply discovering a hidden anchorage along the way.

Fluent in English, German and Portuguese, Michael’s aim is simple: to make every charter feel effortless, personal and truly unforgettable.

Gabriel Palmer – Marine Engineer

Born and raised in Palma de Mallorca, Gabriel has been surrounded by the sea from an early age. His passion for the ocean has shaped both his personal life and professional career, combining a background in marine engineering with years of experience working on and around sailing yachts.

Outside of work, Gabriel enjoys almost anything that keeps him close to the water, particularly surfing, kitesurfing and diving. With a natural curiosity for how things work and a hands-on approach to life at sea, he enjoys combining the technical side of yachting with the adventure and lifestyle that first drew him to the ocean.

Roxette - Chef 

Born in South Africa and raised in the UK, Roxy developed a love for travel and adventure from an early age. That passion naturally led her to the yachting world, where she began her career as a sailing and watersports instructor before working on deck.

Her creative side eventually drew her into the galley, where she found her true calling. Roxy loves creating colourful, fresh and healthy dishes packed with flavour, tailoring her menus to the tastes and preferences of each guest.

Warm, adventurous and happiest by the sea, she loves being part of the charter experience and creating memorable meals that complement every day on the water.
